Personal History

In Decatur is where I was born and raised, on the playground was where I spent most of my days.

Work History

My background is all over the place. I built my first computer at age 12. I started my first job as a 3D animator in high school. With that same company, I designed my first website in 1996. On and off I did web design and I.T. support. I quit my job in 2008 to go solo.

I started off developing a while back, but in 2001 is when I first started actually writing code that was dynamic. From that point on I have been a huge fan of building things that make sites "do stuff" instead of a just a static page.

Nerdy Things I Love

Tribes II (a now old video game), Unix (BSD, Linux, etc), Haiku OS (open-source remake of BeOS), and WordPress

Other Things I Love

Hiking, hurting myself on stupid obstacle courses like a Spartan Sprint, gardening (more like growing spicy peppers)...
